Students shared their family photo albums (drawn and written in French). They turned in their family trees. They practiced describing male and female members of their families. We played a game, students wrote sentences describing family members: Example: Mon frère est grand et beau. Il a dix-huit ans. Il s'appelle Jean. Il a les yeux marron et les cheveux noirs.

Students  wrote reflections on their `field trip' to France (in class on Friday). We reviewed adjectives, to describe family members. Students changed adjective forms (M,F, sing,plural) p. 82 #1. They played the Flyswatter game, took a dictation and asked each other questions about their families.
